WHAT DO I NEED TO PICK UP MY PRIZE?

Some form of Government ID such as a Driver’s License or Birth Certificate

CAN SOMEONE PICK UP THE PRIZE FOR ME?
Yes – However… the prize winner must contact KVOS Television directly in order to make pick-up arrangements. This includes pick-ups by couriers, family or friends. Call 604-681-1212.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY PRIZE?
You have 60 days. Of course, concert ticket, event tickets & movie passes are date sensitive… don’t leave this to the last minute! Prizes that are not picked up after 60 days become property of KVOS Television.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRIZE?
No – Prizes are designated for certain contests, and we do not have the prize inventory to exchanges the items won. And no, we cannot just give you cash instead.

MOVIE SCREENING PASSES
If you have won passes to a movie screening, please arrive early to the theatre as seating is limited and on a first come first serve basis. Winning Passes does not guarantee you admission. Screenings are deliberately overbooked to ensure capacity and no one will be admitted after screening has started. Passes are also not transferable and not redeemable for cash.

CONCERT OR EVENT CANCELLATIONS
Occasionally concerts, movie screening or other ticketed events do not go ahead as planned. If you are the winner of tickets to a concert, movie screening or another ticketed event from KVOS Television that gets cancelled, we unfortunately can not give out replacement tickets to another concert or event. Cancellations are completely out of the control of KVOS Television.

AWARDING PRIZES
In all matters relating to the awarding of prizes, the decision of KVOS Television representatives is final.
