Join the Vancouver Canadians Baseball team at Nat Bailey Stadium on Sunday, June 28th to Friday, July 3.  This second homestand includes a children’s jersey giveaway, a post-game fireworks extravaganza, a ‘nooner’ at the Nat, and thrilling baseball action. The 2009 schedule boasts thirty-eight home games, including seven fireworks nights, twenty two gate giveaways, seven A&W Family Fun Sundays, four Superstar Series appearances, six nooners and thrilling baseball action! The 2009 Nando’s Canada Cup of Beer will be held on July 4th at UBC Thunderbird Stadium. The festival boasts the largest selection of breweries ever assembled in Vancouver for a beer festival, with approximately 40 companies and over 200 different types of beer. This is the ultimate beer experience for beer connoisseurs and casual beer fans as the Canada Cup of Beer is a great place to taste new beer, meet new people and celebrate Canada’s most important beverage.

This year’s Canada Cup will also feature several satellite events allowing people to appreciate beer on a variety of levels, with the Beer & Food Pairing at Jake’s Steakhouse on June 29th and Beer & Movie at the Ridge Theatre on July 2nd.
